Somehow the customer service here gets worse and worse instead of better despite the numerous bad reviews. As other reviews mentioned, every employee acts like you are the biggest inconvenience and Macy (spelling?) was especially rude/unhelpful.

I visited Staples today to request a price match on an Apple Watch Series 11. Initially, the manager told me they could do the price match. However, when I mentioned that the lower price was from Amazon.com, he immediately refused and claimed that Prime Day deals are excluded from the Staples Price Match Policy.
After leaving the store, I carefully reviewed the policy myself. The policy specifically mentions exclusions for holiday sale events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but it does not mention Amazon Prime Day deals. Since I believed the manager's interpretation was incorrect, I contacted Staples Customer Service. The representative reviewed the situation and successfully processed the price match. They even suggested that the manager may not have fully understood the policy.
It's disappointing when a store manager either doesn't know the company's own price match policy or chooses not to follow it correctly. Customers should not have to call customer service to receive a benefit that is clearly allowed under the stated policy.
I hope this review reaches the manager so they can become more familiar with Staples' Price Match Policy and provide accurate information to customers in the future.

SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!! Considering that maybe only 1 or 2 people actually shop here for product that is sold, and most people seem to return stuff for UPS and such, why not have multiple registers for returning stuff and maybe 1 cashier for the one or two actual store customers? We had planned to be a store customer but the selection of batteries was extremely poor. We used up over 20 mins of our lunch break standing in line and ended up just leaving because we were so far back in the UPS line that we weren't sure we would even have any of our lunch hour left by the time we got through the line.
