  MAJOR PRIVACY WARNING: Be extremely careful when using staff assistance for scans. The self-serve copy machines are a nice option, but they cannot adjust to different document sizes on the glass, forcing you to ask employees to scan items at their printer. When an employee did this for me, he routed it through the business system. While I was looking at his computer screen, an email reply intended for me came back. Not only did my personal email address and the business's address pop up on his screen for anyone to see, but the employee was actually able to read my private email content and tell me what it said. This is a massive data privacy issue.

  Merry Ann is a Blessing how ever the other employee needs to brush up on her work it is very rude to put someone to the back of the line after being the first customer there. I feel extremely disrespected I will not be going there again. What is wrong with being fair and polite.

  If I could give it less than one star I would. Attempted to purchase a laptop computer and wireless printer and initially, everything seemed good. Left my old tower for them to transfer the data from it to my new laptop. This was supposed to take a few hours. Didn't happen. One tech didn't know what the other tech was supposed to do. Techs didn't show up when they were scheduled to work and many trips were made over several days trying to get the matter resolved. Never got the data transferred, my hard drive was returned and placed into a plastic shopping bag by the supervisor of the techs. I was subsequently told this was absolutely not what a hard drive should be placed in. All in all, a miserable experience. I would not purchase anything computer related from this store.

  I came into the store just before 6:00 today to ask about custom prints I am having made. From the moment I walked in, the experience was disappointing. The gentleman who directed me to the print station was not welcoming, and as a first-time customer using your custom printing services, I had several questions about the process. There were two girls working in the print area, and while I was simply trying to understand how everything worked and get ideas for my project, they seemed annoyed by my questions and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them rather than helping a potential customer. I had planned to use your store for 7–10 custom prints per week, but after the lack of customer service I experienced today, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. A little patience and willingness to help a new customer would have made all the difference.
