- SCShanney Channer-Jackson1 day ago1.0Rude and incompetent. The black lady with the boho braids was RUDE, DISMISSIVE and INCOMPETENT. She believes that because she doesn’t know how to do her job that her rude, uneducated responses were sufficient. I had to call customer service for them to tell me what she said was incorrect. RUDE RUDE ALL THE WAY AROUND. Repulsive attitude. You can tell who really hates their job. USPS must not be paying good

I have been very critical of USPS because it’s a problem of some sort every time. However I must say this man named Henry working the counter today was exceptional. His efficiency and professionalism are unmatched.

Manager has a snobby sense of entitlement about her. They open at 8:30 am and are late opening the doors and are not ready to work when said doors open. Poorly managed place. I would avoid having anything shipped here.
- HLHunter LewisJun 1, 20261.0the office is filled with incredibly entitled, low effort exhibiting people who believe they are owed things. 6/01/26 AGAIN lied and said they could not deliver to my location. i checked my 3 cameras on my house and they never even attempted. just another lie because someone didnt feel like doing their job, so they lied in order to do less work. pathetic. numerous cases like this, read the other reviews. now i have to drive across town to get the package that should be on my porch.
