- SSStephanie SJun 16, 20262.0The guys that work there, I love five stars. But united states postal service of clarksville, these guys need help, and the parking lot needs even more help. The potholes are insane. There's almost no handicapped ramp. It's around the corner and way too narrow. It's almost a joke.I had to help a lady up onto the curb. you can do better. Clarksville is growing like crazy. Don't build a house, build a new post office or upgrade the one on madison!!

- VBVeronica BDec 7, 20201.0The line went all the way to the back of the PO Boxes. The entire building was full of people waiting in line. No movement. It’s not worth your time to stop here. Go to the main office. All I had to do was drop off a package, it already had a label and shipping was paid for. Should only take 2 seconds not 2 hours. It’s always been this busy and slow everyone I stop here. I will never try to come here again.

The man that is most frequently working at this location, Dennis, is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I operate a home business and have to ship many packages every day. He acts like my shipments are nothing but a complete nuisance and he makes rude comments on a weekly basis. I cannot believe that the USPS would continue to allow such a hateful individual to remain in this position. He needs to be put somewhere behind the scenes where he doesn't interact with the public because he clearly doesn't like people. I spend $1200-$1500 a month in postage only to be treated this way. UNACCEPTABLE!! For what its worth, on the off occasion that someone else is working the desk, everyone else I've encountered at this location has been lovely.
