The rep Sprite, blonde mullet, glasses and a face mask was clearly upset to be at work, I tried to have some grace since it’s close to the holiday but after the series of questions asked by the rep clearly showed she was upset I was I guess bothering them from Working. The rep was RUDE to the point I had to address the attitude and felt the need to write this review! If you don’t like people, work in another field besides customer service! I will not be back to this FedEx.

I received a message yesterday, June 9, 2026 from the company that the package was supposed to be sent to saying that they have not received my return yet. That’s absolutely ridiculous!
