- LLLukeMay 15, 20261.0I went in to ship a couple packages today. One wasn't taped shut and the other didn't have the label on. The workers not only wouldn't help me tape my box shut, I had to buy one of their small $5 rolls of tape when they had 4 huge rolls of theirs laying on the counter. I'm sure this is some new policy to which I'm not blaming the Frontline workers. Just terrible customer service in my opinion
