- TDTrey DavisAug 27, 20261.0Packages in the neighborhood are almost always delivered to the wrong shred box. I have intentionally paid extra for shipments to avoid USPS. Unfortunately, I had no option and the package was marked delivered to shared box yesterday with no key in my box. If this item is lost, it will be 4th item lost to this. Driver does not care, stating he is tall and it is difficult for him to see the labeling on the boxes. Guess he never thought of bending down….
- SHSavannah HessJul 23, 20261.0I normally don't go to or visit this particular post office. However, due to a bit of traveling, I swung by to drop off some envelopes that needed to go out. (For background, I mail a lot of envelopes regularly with varying weights and requirements. I have a lot of experience in address verification and appropriate packaging and postage amounts.) However, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the envelopes I dropped off at this post office eventually got returned to me marked "Not deliverable as addressed" OR were lost completely and never arrived at their destinations. I reached out to my clients for the envelopes that were returned "Undeliverable" and EVERY client confirmed that I had mailed their envelope to the correct address. I also had to give several refunds to multiple clients for envelopes that never arrived to them and never returned to me. The only variable in my USPS experience **is this post office** and I can only assume that they are COMPLETELY incompetent in handling specialized mail. Never go here. It may end up costing you!
