- BSBrianna SprallingJul 14, 20261.0I've been living in my apartment going on 3 years. I don't know how my name got taken out the system completely. I thought the situation was handled last week just for my cards and important mail to be returned back to sender again. The problems is that my lights are due, car note doubled & my rent is behind. They threaten to call the cops because I spoke with frustration. Like this isn't there mistake I've been in the post office weekly since june the situation should've been fixed
- RRRei'Annaah Dancing RavensMay 29, 20261.0The regular postman for our neighborhood is usually really good at putting the correct mail in the correct mailbox (a communal mailbox where each address has their own box). There are lockers for larger packages where they leave the key for the specific locker in your mailbox. When the mail was mixed up it was when there was a different postman that day. For the past several months it’s gotten bad though. I saw there’s a different postman now. A girl instead of our usual postman. Mail was being put in the wrong mailboxes. It started happening so often I wrote our last name in the inside of our mailbox in attempts to alert them all to double check the mail. Today ALL of the lockers were left unlocked and wide open WITH packages in them. And even a package was left on top of the communal mailbox. I’m thankful I got my package before it could get stolen, as it’s needed medical supplies. This isn’t the first time packages were left on top and not in a locker. Mine was left sitting out before and when I tried to call to report it I could not get anyone to answer the phone. So I thought maybe it was just a one time thing. But according to today, apparently it’s not. Today I still cannot get an answer on their phone to repost this and I’m pretty upset our mail and packages are being handled so carelessly now. Hence this review. Other neighbors are now really upset their packages are being handled carelessly as well. I hope our post office makes sure this doesn’t happen again. We no longer see our mail safe in their hands. If it happens again we all will start reporting to the main usps office rather than our local office.
