- MRMyaisha RatliffAug 10, 20261.0Very unprofessional I called 50 times to see where my package was no answer they never walk up the hill to deliver my packages they just take it back to the post office
- HCHerbauchie CummingsJun 4, 20251.04003 Fagan St. Not getting mail,no bills not any thing
- CTCrystal TownesFeb 21, 20251.0I’m not sure if this is the mail office for Lookout Valley/Cummings Place Apartments, if so GET A MAILMAN WHO DOESN’T STEAL MAIL/PACKAGES. At least with the black mailman I didn’t have to worry about my BAG or any other packages being stolen/delivered. BRING ME MY BAG BACK!!!!! And if you know for a fact that you haven’t delivered the damn package to said destination don’t mark in your device that you have and haven’t UNTIL YOU HAVE!!!! If you know you’re not going to get over here until 1pm-2pm then why are you marking delivered at 8:41am? DO BETTER.
- SHSherrie HambySep 22, 20181.0If I could give 0 stars I would. My mail gets placed in a neighbor's mail box. I have called and complained multiple times as well as went to the branch and it never gets fixed. I get told it is a training route.
- CMCheck MailMay 12, 20181.0I live on Fagan st which is a relatively crappy neighborhood but that doesn't give your staff the right to place my important mail in other peoples mailboxbecause your to lazy to do your job correctly, they never put the right mail in the right mailboxes mail is never on a set time, they deliver when they want to deliver like today I have 3 packages in the mail they say the are out for delivery but online it says the post office is closed if something is closed how are we supposed to get mail? NOT EVERYONE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD ARE GHETTO HOODLUMS SOME OF US ARE DECENT CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND WE DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH, every time I call I get the run around on hold for an hour or sometimes 3 THERE ARE DAYS WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN COME. They have no professionalizim and we deserve to have mail delivered at the same time Monday through Saturday not when you feel like it
