- DKD K5 days ago1.0They lose mail even when tracking confirms it is at the local branch. Mgmt. just shrug their shoulders. Packages reported out for delivery simply don't get delivered; usually arriving next day. It is my impression from previous interactions, leadership quality is not present and this cascades down to employee performance.
