- JDJohn DoeSep 14, 20261.02 packages left Memphis, one ended up in Charolette, the other here. Left same time, one went even farther out, the other went to Chattanooga, guess which one appeared on time and had updates, not Chattanooga. I'm in northeast TN, that should not be. It takes a total team effort to constantly screw up, and every time my mail goes through here, it's screwed up, late, disappears for several days at a time. Update, they sent my package back west, delaying it yet again. Pretty sure it is ran by chimpanzee's on energy drinks. Update number 2, package still has yet to arrive, delayed by almost a week just because it went through Chattanooga. If I could give a negative score I would. Pitiful.

- DKD KAug 14, 20261.0They lose mail even when tracking confirms it is at the local branch. Mgmt. just shrug their shoulders. Packages reported out for delivery simply don't get delivered; usually arriving next day. It is my impression from previous interactions, leadership quality is not present and this cascades down to employee performance.
