- MDMacy DowdenSep 14, 20261.0every time i’ve come here the staff is super rude. today the lady with the glasses and bun told me (clearly annoyed that i have many packages to ship) that she can’t help me if im not ready, i replied i am completely ready, and she just looked at me eyebrows raised. she just wanted to make sure i was very aware she did not to print multiple shipping labels (her job.) then proceeded to say loudly to another customer that she can only spend 5 minutes with each customer, it doesn’t matter how many “they” (me) come in with. i checked a few of my packages and will now go to a different one despite inconveniences. i go to usps a LOT and no other locations workers are like this.
- JBJohnny & Lacreasha BandySep 4, 20265.0I walked inat 4:40-4:45 on sept.4 th 2026, and they refused me service completely, I give them a flat rating of zero they are lazy want to argue about what size the boxes and stuff, when it's clearly posted on the website they don't like to work. I think a manager needs to be firing two women from today and put somebody else in the place that actually my like making money for living, I went in today to have something mailed to Texas that was very important to these people who just moved.
- HTHarlin TantSep 3, 20261.0I was trying to change my deceased father's address to mine I understand since I don't have legal power of attorney I was just asking but the lady was very smart and sassy with me she said she would do a family change of address I said I can't do that there you go out the door and laughed I didn't get to explain that I live in another state their attitude is what bothered me the most they couldn't be more professional about illegal power of attorney and I will completely understood.
- DHDavid HerringAug 17, 20261.0Go to literally any other post office. I had my orders pre-packed, pre-printed, labeled, and ready to go. Somehow that must have been upsetting for the worker. I’ve never felt like such a burden before. I’ve spent $5,000 this month alone with USPS. How dare I approach a worker with work. I am speaking directly about the older (mid 50s), black lady. You will know the one, you won’t be able to miss her friendly frown and her ever so unwelcoming personality.
