    I had a package of dog food scheduled to be delivered by USPS on Monday, May 18. Not only did they not deliver it at the time they said they came by, they claimed to leave a notice, which they didn't. I complained to the USPS, and they scheduled a redelivery for Tuesday, May 19. Well, the post office said they couldn't deliver it because there wasn't a secure location (I have a whole front porch, and there's no security gate or security code.) And of course, the Eastgate location doesn't answer the phone. While I don't generally support the Republican plans to deprioritize USPS in favor of private carriers like UPS and FedEx, in the case of this location, I'll make an exception.

    RARELY delivers packages, almost always claims "receptacle full/oversized package" instead of just leaving the package on the porch like every other carrier does.

    Worst post office i have ever visited in my life (and the bar is already low). One person working the counter at the busiest time of day. Line is out the door. Manager is in the back twiddling his thumbs and NOT helping up front. Took one hour to mail one package. What a terrible organization.

    Just received a "sorry we missed you while you were out" notice in my mail. Apparently I have a letter that I need to sign for. The odd part is this - I was standing in the driveway when the postman put the mail in the mail box.... so crazy. Another example of why the usps is so bad.

    Lost my package. It’s be over a month and they some how lost a 50 pound package and nobody knows nothing and nobody has a solution. Poor customer service never ship nothing of value through USPS
