- LJLeigha JonesAug 11, 20261.0My husband just walked in there to ship off packages at 425pm and the man at the counter said “ I ain’t scannin those it’s too close to closing time”. The packages were already labeled and ready to go. I just needed a receipt! The downtown office is lazy. Take your packages to Tiffany on market street! She’s the best.

Wouldn’t let me check the address before printing after asking multiple times. Needs new management. Will not use again.

- RRRachelJul 10, 20261.0I specifically come to this post office because it opens at 8am according to all maps and the website, yet every time I come they are not open until 8:30am. I thought it was a random circumstance the last few times but it is indeed consistently open later than listed. Please adjust your hours to not inconvenience others.
- LLlolJul 1, 20261.0Always losing my mail, saying it's delivered but never actually delivering it. I'm almost positive its because of the area I'm in. The guy who works here Chris is a horrible guy and doesn't need to be employed. I understand being understaffed but keeping rude employees will just sink ur business and rating. This is probably the 4th time they've drove by my place without delivering but marking it as delivered, I've never had this issue until this year and im confused on why? Either way its unacceptable and the post master ASSURED me it would be delivered TODAY and they were just late. Umm right... still no mail and it was supposed to be here today, got an email saying its delivered and I even had my neighbors check their mailboxes and nothing. The usual mailman Tim is amazing and always delivers my mail but when there's substitutes they're awful. I hope something changes and soon because this is getting ridiculous.
