- YZYulia ZarubinSep 10, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience at this post office. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me with “What’s up?” and was dismissive and condescending throughout the entire interaction. I was sending an international package and had already checked the official USPS requirements before coming in. Instead of helping me clarify the process, he seemed unfamiliar with international shipping procedures and repeatedly treated me as though I had no idea what I was talking about—even when I showed him the official information I had checked. I don’t expect special treatment at a post office. I do expect basic professionalism, courtesy, and staff who can either answer questions about USPS services or respectfully find the correct information when they’re unsure. Unfortunately, I received none of that here.

The packages were already labeled and ready to go. I just needed a receipt! The downtown office is lazy. Take your packages to Tiffany on market street! She’s the best.

Wouldn’t let me check the address before printing after asking multiple times. Needs new management. Will not use again.

- RRRachelJul 10, 20261.0I specifically come to this post office because it opens at 8am according to all maps and the website, yet every time I come they are not open until 8:30am. I thought it was a random circumstance the last few times but it is indeed consistently open later than listed. Please adjust your hours to not inconvenience others.
