- NHnathaniel harrisJun 24, 20261.0The post office in Brainerd is the worst post office I've ever been in. The employees are slow and they act as if you owe them something. The moral is extremely low. And the postmaster general should be terminated for allowing this slotful and unprofessional service to be extended to the the public. If you don't believe me. Visit yourself. I just think that I would be remissed if I didn't shine some light on this non sense .I bet Benjamin Franklin is rolling in his grave. Since he was the first Post master General of these United States of America. Avoid this place. Without appearing to do so. I had to go to the post office in Highland Park. The Post office in Brainerd doesn't deserve one star. If you didn't know. Now you know.

I do not have a cashier here. I asked him when will he be able to have a cashier. He said in a rudely way I don't know that. It's not what you say it's how you say it. 😡
