  I usually go there to take print documents, last time I asked about scanning document and its $4/page, I feel that little expensive. Service and support is really good.

  I had a surprisingly complex request, as I had a series of fragile items I needed to ship in a prompt manner; however, Bailey was able to help me bundle them, pack them, and get them en route in a safe and timely manner. The recipient was incredibly happy with the care and timeliness of the packages, as was I. Thanks Bailey for your assistance!

  Just dealt with a useless individual named Baker who couldn't help me in any capacity with an Amazon return that was set up at this store by Amazon. He said, "Our system is down we can't do anything maybe come back in a couple of hours.... or you can drive another 15 minutes to another store." I drove nerely an HOUR to this store and asked if HE could communicate with the other store to mitigate MY time being wasted. I asked if he could take the item manually the QR code or whatever so I didn't have to wait... do you think he could come up with a solution... NO... and that's why BAKER will always be a low level useless cog that does nothing with his life besides irritate CUSTOMERS. UPS should do better.

  This is my go-to store for all of my printing and copying needs!! Audria is always smiling and greets me by my name every time I come to the store, which is quite frequently!! No matter the printing needs and occasional times I can't figure it out, Andria and the other guys here ALWAYS help me and get it accomplished! I don't want to buy a printer because going here is such a pleasure and I look forward to seeing them all! Thank you Audrua and UPS store 3188 for everything!!

  I have so many good things to say about the UPS Signal Mountain location! The people who work here are so friendly and are always so easy to work with, especially Audria and Baily! I feel like I’ve truly developed a good connection with many of the workers there, but especially these two individuals. They go above and beyond to ask me about my day and they even remember discussions we’ve had in the past and will ask me how I’ve been. I am very fortunate to have such good people to assist me every time. They are extremely fast and efficient as well.
