  Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I had a printing job that was an unusual size. The team took my project and completed the task. Special thanks to Owen, Audria, Adam and Bailey. Great team at UPS Signal Mtn Rd. Store. Highly recommend.

  For all my shipping, I frequent the UPS store 3188 in Chattanooga, TN which is located at the base of Signal Mountain,TN. The staff is very well trained, polite and knowledgeable. Audria is amazing! She knows the business and is efficient and helpful. Owen also is diligent, well mannered and efficient.

  Audria Higgins was so very helpful and kind. My friend, as a new resident in TN, only had her paper copy of her new drivers license and it was not accepted at the Chattanooga airport. After a horrible experience and $45.00 later they finally allowed her to take the “domestic” flight & told her she had no assurance of being allowed to fly back home. Therefore, we contacted The UPS store here in Chattanooga to see if we could “overnight” her passport to make the flight home easier. Audria Higgins assured my friend that we could do that. When I arrived at the UPS store with Passport in hand and asked for Audria, everything was super super good from there. She knew exactly what to do, assured me that it would arrive at my friend’s destination by 8 am the next morning. IT DID, was actually there even earlier. She even thought to ask if I was a member of AARP etc. Since I am she then redid the ticket to give me a $5.00 discount - really appreciated since the cost was over $100.00.
