    Part 1: Shipped a phone last week for an Amazon return from this location. The associate put one number wrong in the zip code and I didn't realize it. Caused a delivery issue, so the phone was sent back. Tracking says it was delivered on May 1st at the front desk. Went Saturday to pick it up. They don't know where it is and tried to blame the driver and refused to help me. Made me call customer service and file a claim. Store Manager knew nothing of the issue until today (Tuesday). Still refused to help and said it wasnt there problem. Even laughed in my face at one point. Called the police to file a report. Contacted customer service again. They informed me that the store is the one who has to call and file claims and reroute packages because it is attached to their account. They also said based off the tracking the phone was scanned again in Pennsylvania today and should be back again on Wednesday. So that means they put it with the items that were being shipped. So they are still the ones who caused this problem. This store should win an award for being the worst in the nation for incompetence and laziness. To be continued...

    I took time before writing this because I genuinely support small businesses, but after weeks of reflection, I feel it’s necessary. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over five years, regularly visiting to handle important shipments. While I’ve had minor issues in the past that were resolved, my most recent experience changed my perspective entirely. I paid for two-day delivery on an important rent check, and it was not delivered on time. After filing a claim with assistance from the owner, Mr. Pickles, I waited three weeks with no response. When I followed up in person, I was repeatedly told there had been a delivery attempt at 1:00 AM—which is clearly unrealistic. Even a UPS driver present at the time confirmed that deliveries do not occur that late. After further review, it was finally acknowledged that the package had not been shipped until the next business day, contradicting what I was initially told. Despite this, there was no real accountability or apology for the misinformation. Additionally, during the interaction, I was told to “calm down” despite remaining respectful and professional, which I found inappropriate and dismissive. I understand this is a franchise and that claims go through UPS, but many other store owners I’ve spoken with said they would have prioritized customer retention in a situation like this—especially for a long-time customer. Communication has also declined. Calls frequently go unanswered, which was not the case before. At this point, I no longer feel valued as a customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if it means going out of my way, to receive the level of service and respect I expect.

    We went in with several questions and for a notary. Ms. Kim assisted with walking us through the process and answered all of our questions with no hesitancy. She was very helpful and friendly. That's especially appreciated when one doesn't fully understand everything they need in those situations. We're grateful to her kindness and assistance.
