  If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Michelle was the associated I interacted with most, and her utter incompetence and complete lack of any Customer Service skills is not only astounding, but completely unparalleled in the workforce today. I came in with some printing and shipping. After having me send my files to not one, not two, but three different emails, I had my documents printed. I informed her that I needed to ship them out and pay for a return shipment as well. After fumbling through the order, she took my payment for the shipment. It was only AFTER my payment for shipping that she informed me that they do not do return shipping, even though she'd placed an envelope for return in my original envelope and charged me for it and for its weight. It was decided that cancelling my shipment (now 20 minutes later) and a refund was the best course of action. I asked how long the refund would take, and was given a range of same day, 72 hours, and 5-7 business days. After a lengthy conversation between another associate and the owner, the owner came up to tell me he had no control over returns, but he had worked in claims and that claims are backed up for weeks, but I could file one. I never asked about claims or filing one, simply how long it would take. As he walked away, he asked if any payment had been taken- dumb question given the context- to which I replied yes, but that I'd been up front about needing to pay for the return as well, to which Michelle interjected that I'd asked her for a return envelope, not a label. How exactly would buying a blank envelope with no label be paying for it to be returned back to me?? Apparently Michelle has two skills that is even more lacking than her customer service, and those are critical thinking and listening skills! Cori did her best to diffuse the situation, and the other girl up front with the curly hair was perfectly pleasant. Michelle should be terminated, and her next employment something more suitable for someone of her abilities, like shoveling pig pens.

  Add a 35% mark-up to stamps. Do not go here. Crazy inflated prices.

  Horrible service, nothing is there, and they act like you are inconveniencing them the moment you walk in the door. I’ll be using USPS or FedEx moving forward. I can’t imagine how bad it would be if it was actually busy.
