  SO FREAKING RUDE. They are not friendly whatsoever and act offended when people come in. Just did a return with Hannah and she was the last straw for me at this location. They ALL ACT UGLY.

  I have done many returns at the UPS store on Broad Street. The young lady that was working today was very rude. I told it in a 30 pound box they never offered to open the door as I entered the building or when I went back out of the building said she had to have another Barcode different from what I had on my phone email to her I was later in the day going to Eastridge. I asked her what time the UPS store closed in Eastridge. She said I have no idea never offered to check. This was the package. It was a countertop icemaker that I was returning that I had to carry in the store that weigh 30 pounds and they never offered to open the door.

  Had a great experience at this location - I was in a rush with lots of last minute documents, and the staff all helped format, find the right weight, etc. Shout out to Aidan Rose for his patience and attentiveness
