We waited for an hour the next morning and then were told they don't do walk ins after they opened, late. Then the staff was rude to us and told us that the numbers aren't handed out until 10. We were treated as we were not people. We had to pull answers out of this staff and they just acted inconvenienced the whole time. This was the worst case of customer service / service in general I've experienced.

- WWWade WadeMay 17, 20264.0This is probably the best post office in the Nashville metro area. The employees are incredibly efficient. It's always busy, but the employees keep the line moving. The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!
