- WWWade Wade3 days ago4.0This is probably the best post office in the Nashville metro area. The employees are incredibly efficient. It's always busy, but the employees keep the line moving. The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!

Trey, one of the employees there, went completely above and beyond to help me. I came in with an issue that another USPS office hadn’t been able to resolve, and I honestly didn’t expect much—but Trey changed that right away. From the moment he started helping me, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely determined to find a solution. He didn’t rush me or brush off the problem. Instead, he took the time to really understand what was going on and worked through it step by step until it was fully resolved. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and takes pride in what he does. Customer service like that is rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. I left feeling relieved and really grateful. Huge thank you to Trey and the Brentwood USPS team for setting such a high standard—this is exactly how customer service should be done.

Terrible attitude, terrible service complaining about the line being long in front of customers. Get a grip or get a new job
