  The gentleman in his 60's was incredibly helpful. He was efficient, kind, and helpful. We were struggling to get that fingerprint machine to accept the scans. Without his help, we might have been there an hour! Between customers, he gave us tips and made sure we got it done. I would have given this place five stars but the manager called him while he was helping us to tell him to quit helping us (was she watching on security camera??? Yikes.) I was so embarrassed for him and I suddenly felt like an idiot for having trouble with the scan equipment. A micromanger without the politeness to wait until later to talk with an employee really sucked the joy out of what had been a good experience. I sincerely hope this employee gets credit for his hard work, efficiency, and stellar customer service instead of reprimanded for doing his job well.

  “Custom Fee” TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!! I ordered a package straight from Nike‘s website and selected this location as a pick up because it was close and convenient. (So I thought) But when my package arrived I received a phone call from the location telling me I had to pay a pick up fee once I came into the store. Prior to my package arriving I was not notified in any way there was some extra fees associated. According to the store ownership I was supposed to call and make sure it’s ok to have my Nike package shipped here lol what a JOKE!!! ($5 per day, yet they only had my package a few hours) SKIP THIS LOCATION!!!! The owner was rude over the phone and doubled down on this unethical “fee” just to pick up my package that was already paid for. I too am a business owner so I totally understand the importance of operating with honesty and integrity. HIDDEN FEES TO PICK UP MY DAUGHTER’S BIRTHDAY PRESENT IS CRAZY!! I will never visit this location again due to the lack of integrity and rude ownership‼️

  I went to this location to ship a package and realized that the scanner was unable to scan my QR code. I asked the woman working at the counter if she could print the shipping label for me, and she said that she could—she simply asked me to email it to her. I did exactly that. She printed the label, taped it to my package, and then proceeded to charge me a fee for receiving the email and printing the label. The issue is not necessarily that there was a fee; the issue is that I was never informed of the fee beforehand. It is completely unacceptable to offer a service to a customer, provide that service without disclosing that there is a charge, and then expect the customer to pay for it after the fact. When I questioned why I had not been told about the fee upfront, she initially just stared at me with a blank expression. When I asked again, she then claimed that she had told me there would be a charge. That is simply not true. Had I been informed that there was a fee to print the label, I would have had the opportunity to print the label myself elsewhere. Any fee should be clearly disclosed before the service is provided. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable, unprofessional, and just wrong!!

  The Maryland Farms UPS Store has gone above and beyond in their customer service. I left important documents in their store and they took the time to search for me and return them. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
