- JJJaXSep 22, 20265.0I arrived right at closing time and they were locking the doors, but they saw me running towards them and they unlocked the door and let me in to receive my package. most post offices will close 5 minutes early. best post office I've ever been to.

Always willing to help. I have been to other post offices but they are no where as efficient and welcoming as the Bluff city one has been for us. Most of the ones that were here for years have retired. But thank goodness they found someone to carry on the hard work, the knowledge and the friendliness that has always made this post office my favorite! Please don’t retire Shannon you’re the best !!
- RQR QuaysMar 1, 20181.0So, one of the parts of job sometimes requires me to give systemic updates on packages 'to' and 'from' clients. My payment system relies heavily on systematic updates for the carriers I use. So, if the delivery driver puts in the wrong message code or scans the wrong barcode and they just leave the error message outstanding (this has happened to me a few times) say- you put in "delivery failed" falsely after a delivery and leave that error message sitting without updating the original seller. it might cost me money because I cannot complete the transaction needed, there is no confirmation. They must not have a WarehouseManagementSystems guy fixing these system errors like UPS does. I never have to worry about UPS just leaving a system error on the table. I think you need more computer savvy individuals in your post office.
