- ESEman sweilehOct 3, 20261.0My package was shipped via 2nd Day Air from the originating store in Illinois, and it was shipped on time. It took only two days in transit as expected, but once it arrived at your store, it was placed on hold until Monday for delivery. That means the package will sit there for 3 additional days after completing the 2 day transit. What’s the point of paying for 2nd Day Air delivery when the package is simply going to be held after it arrives? It was shipped by air specifically to ensure timely delivery, so this delay is extremely frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of the service I paid for.
