I came in to print something with my disabled child and the smart disrespectful remarks and looks I got from the staff made me uncomfortable and made me leave. You really need to train your employees how to deal with disabled people and work on their customer service skills. You also need new management (the lady with the fake eyelashes and glasses) very unprofessional

The lady there was rude when I said something and said they have to take a 30 min lunch break on a day your not even opened 7hrs????? I think she just wanted a break. Should have 2 ppl on staff on a Sunday so you don’t actually close down.

But Tori greeted me with the friendliest smile and the patience of Job lol. She was so helpful, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and she truly went over and beyond. Please keep her around because people like her make a difference. Thank you again, Tori!
