  The staff are friendly and helpful. There are a variety of products to browse if you have a short wait. I can usually get in and out quickly. There's plenty of parking.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I was there with my young son, while picking up a package. My son was simply looking at children’s books and briefly picked up a few small items that were there. He was not damaging anything or causing any disturbance. However, the employee repeatedly came over to me and said things like, “Look what your son is doing. Don’t let him touch that.” This happened several times, even though my son was simply curious and behaving like a normal child. I understand that employees need to protect store property, but the way this was communicated to me felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially in front of my child. I believe there are more respectful and professional ways to address a parent if there is a concern about a child touching something. I am also contacting customer service to formally report this experience. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and make sure customers are treated with respect.

  We do all of our print items at this location. They have been super helpful when I have issues with the Canva output to FedEx site graphic input, spent time helping me select the correct material for my car show board, and are always prompt with completing the processing of our print materials.

  Tammy was extremely helpful in helping me out with my purchase. I went to another printing company who couldn't he me whatsoever with obituaries for my dad. I came to the FedEx in Antioch and Tammy was empathetic, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I was able to get everything that I needed st a better cost than the competition. Great job Tammy and team!!!
