- H3hhop 33335 days ago1.0Terrible service!! The manager forced me to pay extra for a box for a return when I have never had to do so!! Also my return stated that I only needed a label printed . No BOX was REQUIRED!! And she took my phone when I was trying to find my QR code ! There is a difference between helping someone and not listening to a customer and taking someone’s phone without permission! Horrible ! This place has gone downhill for sure!!

He really knows what he is doing! Amazon returns usually are such a headache, but he was incredibly helpful. If I could give 10 stars out of five, I would.

There’s literally only one person working every single time I come in here it makes it not even worth it to come to the store because there’s a long line I will not be coming back to the store, the people are really nice, but it’s just ridiculous that they only have one person working upfront when there’s like 10 people in there waiting completely unacceptable do better
