  RXO received my replacement LG TV on September 9th, delivery was set for the 10th. I was updated that due to conflict the TV would not be delivered until the 29th from their Knoxville hub. I live less than 2 hours from Knoxville and they couldn’t not explain why. I offered to drive and pick it up and was given a run around, hung up on. Every time I asked to speak to a manger or supervisor, I was told I would receive a call in 30 mins to an hour and never received. I called back and get trusted and demanded to speak to someone I was finally transferred and promised delivery for the 15th and was lied to. The issue has yet to be resolved!

  Great experience with my appliance delivery. They communicated the time and were prompt and courteous. I like the use of texts so the didn't interrupt my work day.
