  While the delivery was exactly what I had hoped for, the waiting to hear from RXO was nothing less than poor customer service. My order was delivered to RXO on 4/3/26, they did not contact me to arrange delivery until 4/20/26. I did contact them and was told my order was not yet received, then it may be on the dock just not scanned in yet. They will get it to you, hopefully you will not have to wait as long as I did or be dismissed for asking simple questions. If they had been forthcoming that they were behind schedule I could have accepted that. Being put off and lied to is a bad business practice.

  RXO delivery guys were AWESOME. Great communication, on time, fast, clean, professional and very knowledgeable. Id recommend them 10/10. Very cool guys.
