- AMAdrian MartinezSep 1, 20261.0Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer service. I came to this location looking for packages that had mistakenly been delivered to the wrong address. I personally spoke with the person at that address, and he explained that the packages had been taken to a nearby authorized UPS location and were ultimately brought here. When I arrived, I first spoke with a female employee at the front. She seemed unsure how to handle the situation and went to get help from what I assume was the manager, an older bald gentleman. I completely understand that these were Amazon packages and that this location may not be able to track them through the UPS system. That was not what I was asking. What frustrated me was that nobody seemed willing to even check whether the packages were physically inside the facility. The manager explained that Amazon returns are collected there and eventually picked up by Amazon. My question was simple: could someone please check the area, container, cart, or wherever those Amazon return packages are kept to see if there happened to be packages with my name on them? Instead, I was repeatedly told that they couldn't track Amazon packages. I already understood that. I wasn't asking anyone to track them. I was asking someone to physically look. The female employee at least tried to get assistance, but the manager never went to the back, never checked the packages, and never made any visible attempt to help determine whether my packages might actually be there. Even if the packages were not there, I would have appreciated someone simply taking a couple of minutes to check. At least then I could have walked away knowing an effort had been made. Customer service isn't always about being able to solve the problem. Sometimes it's simply about making a genuine effort to help. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here.
