  some stories from local business are too sweet not to share and this is one. last week my oldest grandson forgot his entire collection of pookemon cards which are colorful cartoon cards he plays games with his friends at my apartment. he was so upset he called 3 times to have me send them to him overnight but I didnt know where to go or where to start. so I walked into the ups store and told them my story. brittany listened patiently and helped pick the perfect box so the cards would not get warped or damaged by heat things my grandson warned me several times about. they arrived at his step moms house the very next day and he was so excited that he called me right away and is already planning his next pookemon night at my apartment with all his friends. so thank you ups stores for making both me and my grandsons day and heres to many more pookemon nights with a happy grandson.

  This store has really turned it around with their new staff. We needed a fast turnaround for a large print project, and their staff worked late to make it happen. Prints were ready the next day. Prices were extremely reasonable. Just beyond pleased with the how everything turned out. Highly recommend for anyone who needs fast, professional printing.

  I arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing time tonight with 3 packages to ship and found the door was already locked. There was an employee standing behind the counter inside, but when I knocked on the window, she looked at me and walked away into the back room. I continued to knock, but she never came back out into the store front. I attempted to call the store for the next 10 minutes before they were supposed to be closed, but got no answer. Absolutely horrible customer service.
