- SHSarah HalfpopJun 18, 20261.0This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with someone in a customer-facing position. From the moment the passport clerk began speaking with me, she was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. I was actively trying to keep the interaction pleasant by being polite and patient, but her attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable for both me and my children. I had my appointment scheduled first, followed by appointments for my children at a time when my husband would be available to attend. Instead of providing reasonable guidance or assistance, she refused to process my daughter’s passport because my husband was not present during my appointment—even though I am an adult and my own appointment did not require him to be there. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service was unacceptable. After this experience, I would never return to this location. I strongly recommend avoiding this office unless you are willing to waste your time and risk being treated with disrespect. Both of my children loved crying because they had so much anxiety from the level of rudeness they witnessed.
