Had my packages sitting out for 10 hours because they give you absolutely no time window for when they’ll be picked up. Received a notification at 4:45 that my packages had been picked up. It’s 6:15 and they are STILL sitting outside. There’s no way to contact an actual human being to report this issue and get it sorted out and these packages needed to go out today. My boyfriend and I both work all through the store’s business hours all week long. I could have arranged for a friend or someone else to drop them off today if I knew that the package pickup system was a nonexistent joke. I may lose sales/customers now because of your dishonesty and negligence. Shame on you all. USPS has gone to crap.

I was told last two months I had no mail. 2 letters waited post mark expire and returned to my son 1 was returned automatically. I didnt recieve first 2 bank cards, one shows up active at my bank. Trans union letter says report will follow in few days never received. One banker says she overheard one postworker asking Beverly High Pipe if she's related to me before giving her mail. One says they won't give anyone my mail w/o my ID. Even then I've over again explained No One! Is to pick up my mail for any reason. They all say they dont, manager says she assures me no one giving out my mail after I id mentioned her chkn cameras on the time stamp on those 5 letters. If true why wouldn't she be happy to do it
