My mail is being forwarded from my residential address when it shouldn't be, but they can’t help. They gave me a number to contact. Called the number the next day and it’s disconnected.
- MSMurry SmithJun 1, 20261.0If Google would allow a negative rating, this place would be a negative 5. There is nothing efficient about this place. Had to wait in line over 1/2 hour just to get a change of address form. Be prepared for a LONG wait standing in line and nonke cares here. Since there's no other Post Offices in Sioux Falls, this is the only place to do your mail business. Good luck!
- LGLynnette GrandisonMay 31, 20261.0My mail has not came in over week when I went check into they were closed I was able talk to someone though and he said the supervisor and my mail person promised my mail would start up same day , n I got nothing again !! I'm going have miss work on Monday come down n fine out what's going on now they claimed first time my box was full I left if full for days which is lie I check it daily n I watch informed delivery, I don't get off work until 10 pm at night though ?? I have had several PKGs sent back I paid for and my bank card which i now have order new one I'm not a very happy camper at moment! It's very hard reach someone online and emails take days n days get responses ! I'm over this I've lost very important mail over no reason I check my mail ! My neighbor's have had happen to them too I find odd same week ?? Hmmm ?? New mailman or what ,,?? Anyways I am going get mail started back somehow I will be there Monday morning they better get started asap I don't want lose any more !!!!!
