- ADAndy Diaz5 days ago1.0Terrible experience. I paid for Overnight shipping, but the package was delayed an entire day despite arriving at the local terminal early in the morning. To make matters worse, their tracking says it's "Out for Delivery" today, while the device's own tracking proves it is still sitting in their facility. I tried to resolve this at the front desk, but the clerk was dismissive and rude, refusing to acknowledge the location error and insisting it was on a truck. Completely unprofessional and a waste of money for "expedited" service.

A good manager would have someone empty it on Monday morning at a minimum, when the post office is open for “business”. This has been going on for a long time. Poor management!

I just want to know how you can change the delivery date on something that had 2-5 day shipping AFTER the 5 day period and can still somehow say it’s “on the way and will arrive on time”? This is far from the first package I or others in the Sioux Falls community have had issues with and the post offices actually delivering mail and packages on time seems to be harder than getting politicians to get along. On top of that almost every delayed package arrives damaged or partially open in some way as if your employees are picking through which ones to steal from. This is getting worse each year and far out of hand.
