  I had a package return and they put "moved left no address unable to forward return to sender" then my regular mail is being return .. I've went twice telling them I haven't moved and they assure me it's been changed. When you have documents you need to sign this isn't helping and you have to explain your post office isn't delivering your mail 🤬

  If I find another door sticker saying that I wasn't home in my goddamn mailbox instead of on my door, I'm just going to stop paying social security entirely.

  Service is friendly and efficient but for a city the size of Rapid, more than two clerks are needed at all times. Wait time is ridiculous, and self service kiosk rarely works properly.

  I was notified via email my package was delivered to my mailbox (I live in an apartment complex). But when I went to retrieve it, the package was not there, AND there was not parcel-box key left in my mailbox either. So I waited a week, thinking the postal carrier might have made a mistake and my package will be showing up soon. Nope. That didn’t happen. So I called the company who I purchased items from, and they said they’d conduct an investigation. In the meantime, while I had them on the phone, I placed another order from this company, because I had a feeling my first package was lost, stolen, just would never be delivered to me. This time, that company suggested I use the sign-for-package delivery. I thought this a wonderful idea! So I received an email notification my items would be delivered to me from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. The delivery-person never showed during that time to my apartment. And then an hour later, I received another email stating my items were delivered. So I walk down to the mailbox, and thank God, there was a parcel-box key in my mailbox, so I did get my package. The company I purchased the two packages from, they emailed me just now (three days later). They ARE going to refund me for the first package as a courtesy, even though the postal service told them the package was delivered to me. And regarding the second package that was delivered to my mailbox instead of me signing for it, the postal service told them I DID sign for the package. I really don’t want to go to the post office and point out these two mistakes (and lies) to them. It pains me to even type out this review.
