  This UPS tried to charge me $10 to pick up a package. I have never had to do this before. And the older lady working gave me attitude, throwing my package on the counter. Terrible customer service

  Not the best fingerprint experience to date. I felt overlooked and had to beg for assistance. Machine kept freezing and had to be reset multiple times. Never had to do this process this way and was really confused. And the process of taking a proper picture on that device was not quite user-friendly. Mind you I am no photo vixen and my hair needed a revival. Though the staff members were friendly enough quality service for me really was lacking for the most part. The act of me handing my proof of identification directly into a staff members hand only for it to be returned on the table (pet peeve). By far my least favorite experience in this state so far.

  The service is always very quick and friendly. I’ve never had to wait long to do an Amazon return and that is why I never go anywhere else to do returns. I usually mail out packages at UPS as well because of this reason. They are so much faster than the post office and the price is about the same.

  The staff is amazing and explain the different shipping options. I had to have something bubble wrapped and boxed and they explained what they would need to do and explained the process and they even had a pack and ship guarantee so if it arrived damaged or broken that I would get the declared value on the package back
