Never had to do this process this way and was really confused. And the process of taking a proper picture on that device was not quite user-friendly. Mind you I am no photo vixen and my hair needed a revival. Though the staff members were friendly enough quality service for me really was lacking for the most part. The act of me handing my proof of identification directly into a staff members hand only for it to be returned on the table (pet peeve). By far my least favorite experience in this state so far.
