I arrived at 8:35 a.m. to get one paper notarized. There was nobody else in the store or parking lot. The employee working said she was the notary, but I would have to come back in 20 minutes when someone else came in because she “couldn’t be busy with me incase someone else comes in.” I indicated that I only had one page, not a whole stack. Still, she refused to assist me. I’m left with the question of why even be open if there aren’t 2 or more employees present. Wouldn’t helping anyone with any product or service mean that someone else would have to wait their turn? I’ve been here previously when a whole line of people are waiting, and nobody was refused service because someone else might have to wait their turn.

Every clerk there was rude and short with us because we were a little confused. Poor customer service.

The staff is friendly and professional, especially the manager Brandy who is always in a good mood and even when it is super busy still jokes and makes the experience good. Additionally, she says Hi to me by name as soon as I come in the door and as a small business owner makes sure any questions or shipment questions I have are answered. The kiosk for returns also helps alot with Amazon returns so you arent tieng up an attendants time and can pop in and out quickly, when needed. I frequently drop off 6+ 20 to 40lb boxes at a time and the staff never complains. I think the store does an excellent job, its unfortunate there are just some people who have zero patience.
