- EBEmma BladesApr 17, 20261.0We have had 2 MAJOR issues at this UPS location. First time they tried to accuse us of fraud because their employee lied about what she charged — her error. And before even checking anything out the manager tried to call and harass my husband threatening legal action. Physically had to go in and put the situation straight in which they apologized. Now for the situation this last week. Ordered 5 day shipping and PAID for 5 day shipping, somehow a 3 day shipping label or whatever got printed. So what do they do? Call us and demand we pay the rest for 3 day. So we had to tell them no, we want the 5 day. Again, something we have no control over and is done by employees (we don’t print the labels or create the prices, we just pay?) Stop harassing the customers!!! Fix your own problems. Honestly one way or the other the management is failing here. Either hire more competent employees or get a new manager. Smh. Response 4/21/2026 Yes. It’s your store. I have the voicemail you left, actually both. Nice try, but if you’d like I can actually file a complaint with the BBB. UPS needs to investigate this location.
