  I wish I could give 0 stars, paid priority overnight shipping. It's been FOUR days of "not delivered/not attempted" and now over the weekend my phone will be baking in a fedex truck. Customer service is a joke, no help, friendly but absolutely no help!! Its not just me, my sister has 4 packages with the same problem, including a package that is 6 days past expected delivery. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER SERVICE STATION!! I understand they are human and need to eventually go home but make those packages a priority the next day!!! I'm having to drive 2 hours to go get a package!! Not ok. Do better!!!

  Waited all afternoon for a package to be delivered only to look at the website and be told they attempted delivery and I wasn't home. The proof of attempted delivery picture attached was a blurry photo of nothing.

  I had two deliveries of documents sent to me and I do not recommend going through these guys to get them delivered. The delivery driver couldn’t deliver the package correctly. Which I found out I had to provide an entry code to the building for them to access. Mind you we get deliveries daily from Amazon, ups and the post office. They either have the key to the front door or have the code. FedEx makes you call their 1(800) number and talk with someone in a completely different country. And they in turn relay that information to the FedEx here in the states. Very time consuming. But once I provide said access information the driver didn’t even try to make an actual attempt at entering the building. Instead he chose to use the same photo he took earlier. So once again I’m calling and complaining. And this time the actual manager from the location were I’m located got in touch with me and made sure the driver delivered the package. Fast forward and week later a new document is sent to me and same delivery driver. And guess what? Have to call again to provide entry access information. So I do no biggie, I also went ahead and went online to do a digital signature so all the driver had to do was drop off the package. Guess what? That was too simple so once again I have to play this game were a driver is to lazy to do their job and I’m talking with people hundreds of thousands of miles away to try and get this figured out. So for the love of all things holy do not use FedEx for anything because honestly aol is faster snd more reliable then this place will ever be. I hope they figure their stuff out. And please let them hire people who are competent! I hope I never have to deal with FedEx in the city ever again!!
