It arrived in Rapid in record time, but 4 days later it still is not delivered. The tracking showed out for delivery 2 days in a row and then returned to Rapid in the afternoon. Delivery not attempted. These people do not care about the customer. Save you money and use another company.

Now I cant reschedule my shipment because the time window that they made up is closed??? I think there needs to be an investigation on my route eith how many times the fedex person will say they "can't deliver" but yet we never see them?? Not just me but SEVERAL of my neighbors have said the same thing. So I guess never pay for 2 day shipping and if you do, make sure you pick it up and never trust their delivery drivers 🤗 BTW Im leaving for a business trip tomorrow (small business onwer) and this was my replacement Ipad that I needed to take. 🤦🏻♀️learned my lesson

Very poor service. After two attempts I still don't have my package. Now they tell me it will be tomorrow and I think it will be the same .I think the driver is a lazy, lying perk. Never rely on FedEx. Ever!
