- MBMs. BiscuitsFeb 19, 20251.0Waited two days for my package because I had to sign for them. I was right by the door all day both days. I figured I would give them the benefit of doubt that somehow I maybe didn't hear them the first day so I left a note on the website for re delivery to ring the doorbell or knock the next day. No doorbell or knock but they still managed to deliver a different package that didn't need a signature? Not only that, we have dogs that can hear ants walking. Now I have to miss work to pick up my package tomorrow.

I can’t even call ahead to ask them if they are at the post office or still in the truck (where they won’t deliver them anyways) because their phone is a robot that refuses to connect to an agent. Absolutely infuriating
