  Don't trust them to package anything valuable. They broke my mom's iPad.

  They offer all the typical things you'd expect a UPS store to offer. The staff was unbelievably patient and kind during our visit. A gentleman in front of us got very gruff and short with the young lady at the counter and she remained professional and graceful throughout it all. We will definitely use this location should we need to ship UPS in the future.

  Always fast efficient service. I hope they get a new location soon with a real parking lot. They moved from a terrible location to another terrible location years ago. I pray the management has influence to get a better location this time they move, it's a highly unsafe excuse for parking.

  Stacy was very helpful and kind to me - I had multiple packages to return and she was patient with me.

  Was absolutely thrilled with the service I got this morning from Hailey!! She helped so much with my printing and answered all my questions with a smile as she was busy with other customers. I’d say that young lady needs a raise!! Keep up the great work!
