- M2My Fathers Daughter 20155 days ago1.0This is absolutely the worst, disrespectful, rude, horrible customer service, incompetent post office I have EVER had the misery of trying to deal with! They literally NEVER answer the phone and I do mean NEVER! I’ve been calling for days! Called today earlier, no answer… thought ok, try again later. Call again, no answer…then call literally back to back at least 5 times because now I’m irritated… no answer! I ordered something that shows delivered 09/28/26. I’m a longhaul truck driver and literally just got home last night 10/09/26… gone over 3 wks as I left out on the 18th of September, so obviously I wasn’t home to get the mail and my daughter has been checking and it just never got delivered. This is like the 3rd time now. The 1st time, the blond lady, in hers 50s possibly was rude as rude can be! My daughter had 2 different experiences with this same woman…so rude my daughter refuses to ever step foot in the Post office here in Box Elder ever again. You can see in our local Antelope Ridge community group on FB, literally EVERY SINGLE WEEK, it seems someone package shows delivered but yet they never got it or someone pkg delivered to wrong address. We’re literally having to track & deliver our own pkgs because this post office is just so incompetent and flat out doesn’t care! My daughter tagged me in a post literally this morning of someone sharing that they AGAIN, received someone else’s pkg!!!! Like seriously, Box Elder is not THAT BIG!!!!! How hard is it to get the right address? Once ok… twice..whoops.. but 3, 4, 5, 6 times…I’m going to find out who is above everyone in that building and make some calls Monday because my trk is in the shop and although dealing with absolutely rude, lazy & incompetent postal workers is NOT how I’d like to utilize the little bit of time I’m getting at home…Guess what??? I’ve got the time and someone is gonna get an earful and an in person visit! I wonder, is the Postal Office is Rapid in charge of this one? Oversee it?? I’ll be making phone calls allllllllll damn day if I have to! Sick of you inconsiderate rude, unprofessional & undeserving of the well paid position you hold people!!!
