Rhonda was not only wrong, but highly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Then pawned me off to the Rapid city office who told me what I already knew. Being told the postmaster might call eventually doesn’t inspire much confidence. The real issue isn’t just the disruption—it’s the complete lack of professionalism in handling it. Pretty concerning for something as basic as mail desk clerk.
