  I won an auction and this store was responsible for the shipping. Initially the charge was high but the store was able to ship at a more reasonable rate. They put in the effort and corrected the price.

  Terrible customer service once again. The customer might not always be right, but to continue to rub it in their face. I didn't realize the package needed to be taped up. Amazon said just drop it, no need for a box, per their email, but she had to go on and on about how that isn't true, I paid the $1 to have it taped and she just kept going on and on. Come on, I have the email that says no need for a box, just drop and go, I paid the $1, just drop it and get it shipped off don't keep rubbing it in that you are right and I am wrong. Wish Amazon would let you drop at USPS.
