  The new blonde young lady working here is just the sweetest! She was so friendly and welcoming. I also had the pleasure of meeting the new owners today, and their children were absolutely delightful—so polite and well-behaved. Wishing them all the very best!

  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. When trying to order business cards, we were assisted by a female employee who is thin with short hair. She displayed a negative and unprofessional attitude from the start. Most concerning was that her behavior turned clearly discriminatory and racist once my husband, our young son, and I began speaking Spanish among ourselves. Her treatment of us was hostile and inappropriate, causing significant discomfort — especially in front of our child. It is unacceptable to receive this kind of treatment in a business that should provide inclusive and respectful service to all customers, regardless of the language they speak. I hope management takes corrective action to ensure other families do not experience the same situation.

  I would like to thank the Staff at the UPS store in Aberdeen. I went through them for my wedding invitations and they did a great job. I had to reorder some of them and they were nothing but above and beyond helpful with me getting what I needed on time. I will for sure be telling everyone how great they are to work with and I will be going back to get my Programs and all printing done with them.. Thanks again to this great company and the employees.
