  My experience at this location was unacceptable and reflected a complete lack of professionalism in customer service. I arrived at approximately 3:45pm and waited an estimated 3–4 minutes before being acknowledged. During that time, the employee were in the back of the facility engaged in what appeared to be a personal conversation before eventually coming to the front counter. Upon contact, I asked whether I could submit my passport application from this location. The employee advised me that I could but would need to have a passport photo taken and complete the required paperwork. I informed her that I already had compliant passport photographs and that all required documentation had been completed in advance. The only remaining requirement was my signature and date on the application, which must be witnessed by an authorized U.S. Postal Service employee. At approximately 3:50, the employee stated that she had already shut down her computer and would be unable to process my application, despite the facility still being open for business. As a result, I departed the facility without receiving the requested service. I found it difficult to understand why a customer seeking assistance during normal business hours would be denied service because an employee had elected to cease operations prior to the official close of business. By the time I returned to my vehicle, the time was only 3:51pm. Next time I'll drive out my way to the next location just to avoid the possibility for more substandard service!!!

  this place is horrible wouldn’t send to my worse enemie that people that work here is so rude and disgusting

  Ended up leaving in tears. I am 18 weeks pregnant and have been throwing up for 16. I just moved to the area and needed to run into the post office for what should have been a quick errand. The woman asked me to put on a mask, which I cannot do because it induces vomiting and it was all downhill from there she would not answer my question and was terribly rude. I felt bad that she felt uncomfortable but I cannot physically help it. It is difficult for me to get out with two Littles and feeling this sick. I ended up taking everything out of the package and just handing her the empty box and leaving because I was so upset.

  My daughter went there on the 11th of February the lady was absolutely rude hateful and not informative at all my daughter literally left their in tears I don't know who the lady is but she's just disgusting.. I wouldn't even give it a one star

  This is a very slow post office with limited hours. If possible go to Ridgeland
