- MGMatt GJun 23, 20265.0I’ve driven here twice from over an hour away after others recommendations for their passport appointments and services. Also needed to ship something internationally that could have been tricky. The two ladies that assisted us were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s not at all what you would expect from a post office experience. The Whitmire USPS branch experience is actually personal and pleasant! By far the BEST interaction I have ever had in ANY post office branch!! Heading over to USPS website to give kudos there as well. Thank you!

Great guy and deserves a bonus, wish I would've got his name! Now I consider this post office 5/5 Another day of them not picking up the mail only delivering. (She has to reach past the outgoing mail to even put in new mail) it's a commical level of laziness. Entire street doesn't understand why this is suddenly happening. My next stop will be higher up the chain of command. Prior employee did his job. What a shame
- CWC WhiteFeb 24, 20195.0We drove 45 minutes to this post office because they take walk-ins for passports on a Saturday which is the day we chose. Well worth the drive!!! In and out quickly. They also take the passport photo so everything can be completed in one place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!!! We enjoyed our conversation with them!! Small town post offices are the BEST!!
