- DPDonna Jo PlummerMay 10, 20261.0It took 4 trips to the post office to get my baby a passport. Two of the times we went, we dealt with a person named ROC. He was beyond rude and dismissed us. We had an appointment one of the times and he refused to help us because it was a baby and he couldn’t get the picture correct. The next time we went we had a lady and she was super nice but she didn’t check the box that stated she watched us sign the passport paperwork in front of her so they mailed us back a new application and told us to go back to the post office to sign. This is when we got ROC again who refused to help us because we didn’t have an appointment and he “wasn’t going to do the work.” He is beyond rude and doesn’t need to work there. I would say something to his manager but he was there and just laughed. This is a joke of a post office that needs to be audited top to bottom.

The line is out the door and only two people working the counters… Our more seasoned citizens ask a lot of questions and need more time. With that being said, why won’t this location and the one on Assembly in Columbia hire more staff?? A 10 minute post office run should not require me to wake up two hours earlier just to mail something… United States postal service needs to do better. Snail mail is just a figure of speech, please stop taking it literally…. FYI: The video is after 30 minutes standing in line…. 11:30am to 12:02 pm and still waiting to be helped….

I appreciate her meticulous attention to detail to our paperwork. High five to this employee who made this a smooth process.
