- GGGAug 21, 20261.0Just had to report my mail this post office has failed to surrender to my forwarding address to the USPS postal inspection service. I will keep escalating until this post office forwards my packet like they’re suppose to do when you have a forwarding address! Next I’m going to corporate!

- NNN NicoleJul 24, 20261.0Nadia was extremely rude. I was inquiring about certified mail. Nadia started raising her voice for no reason. I asked why she was raising her voice and she said she did not think I understood what she was saying. If there was some communication clarification needed, yelling at a customer does not provide clarification. Nadia seemed very comfortable raising her voice for no reason. Nadia does not need to work with the public, especially if she has a surly disposition. If something is unclear, she needs to work on finding a better way to communicate the message instead of yelling at customers just because questions require clarification. That is a low level and unprofessional way to conduct business.
