However, packages I drop off in the outdoor drive up box take forever to get scanned-I don’t think they process those as often as they’re supposed to. Also, the indoor package drop off (next to the self serve kiosk) is always locked closed on federal holidays and some weekends.

I have certified mail they don’t care. Customer service is awful! Where’s my MAIL? Thanks for the call back too
