- ASApril StevensJun 13, 20191.0Just called this Post Office about a package that shows delivered but the recipient never received it. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She only asked for the recipient's name and address and then said the package would have been delivered to the customer's PO Box that was there and they would have received it. It was only after I had her check the actually tracking number that she realized they did not have a PO Box there and told me to call the 1-800 number.
