Sometimes they will leave packages on the uncovered steps (we have a covered porch) when rain is forecasted (literally just lay it over the gate - zero extra steps), which is frustrating because it has ruined items before. However, what made me leave the review is that yesterday, my son put something in the mailbox to be mailed out and put the flag up at 8:30 am. When we got the mail, the mail for the day was laid on top of his mail and the flag was lowered. The post office closed at 12:30 today, and tomorrow is a holiday, so now, his mail will not even be processed until Friday at the earliest. I know this is a first world problem, but it’s just frustrating!
