I had to return a package today at the UPS store. When I got inside the store, both attendants were helping other customers. The manager Wendy saw that I was waiting and got up to come help me scan my QR code and get my return started. I appreciate her willingness to come help me so I could get in out without having to wait, Thanks Wendy for your prompt customer service!

Outstanding service and exceptional customer care. I was in and out of the store quickly, and the entire staff was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I walked in, which made for a very welcoming experience. Everyone was helpful and efficient, and the level of customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for future shipping and business needs.

I called the local UPS store inquiring about a unique sized box needed and had the pleasure of speaking to Slade. He was so helpful and genuinely listened to my request and offered possible solutions he thought would be best. I was lucky enough to get to meet him in person when bringing my return back to ship and he was equally as helpful in the store and made the entire transaction pleasant. Slade gets a 10/10 from us!!!
