  I went to Staples 01/19/2025 at 2:41pm and had “same day card (signature flat)” invitations printed. The employee who helped me that day was helpful and printed them without an issue, I paid, and was on my way. They turned out so good, that when I needed to print some more, I decided to go to Staples again. I went 08/04/25 and sent the invites to the store email again for them to print them, at 4:59pm. The first employee that helped me, couldn’t figure it out so I ended up waiting for 20+ minutes for the employee that had a vape on her lanyard around her neck, to help me. Once she printed a couple for review, she told me that I had to come back tomorrow. I asked her why I couldn’t just wait on the order or just cancel it entirely since I got off work in Manning to get to Sumter Staples and print these? She said they “needed to be ordered by 12pm for same day printing, that’s policy.” I said ok, can you just cancel the order please since this wasn’t policy last time I came, I have the emails/receipts and it wasn’t an issue at 2:41pm last time. She then proceeded to tell me that she would do it “this one time only but next time it has to be by 12pm.” Unprofessional service and policy standards not consistent.

  Amazing and incredibly helpful staff who went over and beyond to fulfill my printing request!! You all are some of the coolest and kindest individuals on this planet and I'm very appreciative to Stephanie, the manger within the printing and marketing department, in addition to the two other staff members (I'm so sorry as I don't know your names) were sweet, amazing, and just the best!! I thank you, thank you, and thank you all again for your time and kindness more than you know!!!
