  In wldnt suggest that anyone get a business sign for a trailer. The first size did not include all the lettering and the second is blurry and poor quality. You get what you pay for I guess. They were days late with the nxt and claimed they’d send a follow up email and did not. I had to call the store to find out if it was in. Then they called non stop after that. When I went in to pick it up the associate was clueless. When she finally found it she just handed me the box after peeking inside. Didn’t care if I was pleased with my product or not. NEVER AGAIN!!

  On April 21, 2026 I arrived at the local Staples approximately 7:20 PM when I entered the staples there was a Caucasian female at the register she was currently assisting another customer after that customer left. She asked me how can I help you? I told her that I was here for an Amazon return she then in return in a very nasty tone said I am not processing any Amazon returns even though the store closes at eight and I’m supposed to assist you with that I’m not going do it because I’m the only one here I made the decision to close it down early and walked off. I didn’t even had a chance to ask her like what time would be the best time to return tomorrow in order to get that done so I went to the business area where the printers were at she was over there assisting a customer that she was nasty towards also. Her co worker asked her have you helped this lady that’s in line and she yelled very loud where she wanted to make sure I hear her say, I already told her I was not processing her Amazon package I don’t know why she’s even in the line. I wasn’t asking about the package I was asking about something else. I will definitely be contacting the cooperate department about this incident. Most definitely.
