- MDMalinda DerrickMay 9, 20261.0Not friendly and rude worker on a Saturday visit. I told the worker that I didn't want the $4.95 charge that the screen was saying it was charging me for a signature delivery and she just rudely kept telling me that she did not add it. But I told her that it should not display it on the machine for me to agree to if it wasn't added. Not cool. This is the worst part office I've ever been to ever. Dirty, rude and not helpful workers, and slow as can be. Not coming back. I pay too much to ship stuff to be treated badly.

Certified letter was supposed to be here on the 13 th of April 2026 got a message it was running late would be here on the 14 th got a message saying it was out for delivery it never showed called the post office they verified it went thru and was out for delivery when I told them the post man already came and he said there was no certified letter they told me they would look into it some time passed I went there they told me they don’t know where it is and were looking for it when I asked why do we pay to make sure it gets there there response was sometimes things happen then walked away these are imported legal documents I’m waiting on and they showed me they do not care and that it was my problem not there’s so if you go in to someone’s mailbox it’s a felony don’t you think there should be laws and repercussions on missing mail they admitted to having then all of a sudden have no clue where it is. If I do not receive it with in the next 2 days I’ll have to take legal action thank god for receipts and tracking numbers

I'm docking a star because the location should have a phone queue system so you can hang out and wait. If you're trying to call when they're already on the phone, you will get a busy signal and have to just try your luck with another call (repeatedly).
