- JAJudith AckermanJun 19, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this store since I moved to Summerville in 2022. There is normally great customer service, however the last few times I had to stop in, today included, the young man in the black hoodie acts like he has something better to do than help customers. I needed assistance with finding a box, and apparently I inconvenienced him by waiting at the counter until he stood up. I do hope management looks into this as this is not the level of care I am accustomed to receiving here. It may be beneficial to note that although the other employees wear uniforms, this young man sits in the back with his hood up, and annoyed face ON.
