    I’ve visited the new UPS Store on North Main St several times, and every experience has been consistently excellent. The staff is always welcoming, patient, and ready to help. On my most recent visit, Hawkeye assisted me, and he went above and beyond—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making things easy. Thank you for providing great service every time.

    Excellent service at this UPS location! I came in for a return and Hawkeye took great care of me, friendly, efficient, and made the whole process quick and painless. It’s the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend this store!

    Overall great, clean, brand new store with friendly and welcoming staff! Another bonus is they are open 7 days a week. Living in Foxbank plantation I was so excited for us to finally have a UPS in our area! I love that they have an amazon return kiosk and Ebony is always helpful as well!

    Ebone and Reya were my life savers as I needed a file printed off of my phone and could not figure out how to get it. I gave them my phone and they figured out how to print it, as well as faxing to where I needed it to go. I didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t see and they totally did everything for me. Love this UPS store!!!!!

    I have had nothing but great experiences at the UPS Store in Carnes Crossroads! Every time I’ve stopped in, the staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Today, Hawkeye helped me out and was not only super helpful but also funny and made the whole experience enjoyable. Every time I stop in, it feels like one of the best experiences I’ve had at a UPS Store. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and always willing to help. It’s also so convenient being right by my job, which makes it easy to stop in when I need something. Keep up the great customer service! (And hopefully Hawkeye gets that lunch 😂)
