- ASAngela Sumner6 days ago1.0We will never return to this location. They lost 2 packages worth well over $200 EACH after I dropped them off Saturday morning and spoke to the guys behind the counter. There was a line behind me so, as usual, I didn’t want to bother them. As usual (I’ve shipped thousands of packages for my business over the last decade) I said “I don’t need a receipt as the tracking is on my digital shipping service.” I guess he just never scanned them in - first time this has ever happened. The packages are still marked as “label created, ups waiting for package” so they were never put through the ups system on Saturday; today is Thursday. I’ve now lost almost 1k as I’ll have to replace the lost items and re-ship as well as absorb that cost - in this economy, that’s inexcusable. I always ship at the trolley rd location and I’ll stick to that one. What a shame people can’t do their jobs.

- CLChris LengaApr 29, 20265.0Fast and efficient. Unlike my usual UPS Store in Goose Creek where I'm often waiting, surprisingly I was in and out within five minutes this afternoon. Not crazy about the location (traffic everywhere), but at least I know if I find myself in Summerville and need a UPS Store, this one is solid. I do need to fix the pin on the address which I'll submit to Google after this review so it accurately shows on the maps for everyone.
