- CLChris LengaApr 29, 20264.0In the beginning I was actually pretty annoyed with this place over Amazon returns. The lines were long, and they only had one person working. I'm not sure when, but recently-ish (maybe 1-2 months) they completely redesigned the entire Amazon return area. Everything is modern and efficiency has significantly increased. I'm assuming whoever owns this store realized it, and made the necessary changes, or Amazon forced them. Either way, the experience is night and day. Today for example I was in and out in minutes. It took me longer to park and walk into the store than it did to return the cheapo phone case that sucked. Four stars because I haven't had enough experience to gauge the change in efficiency or speed of the Amazon return process. I can definitely tell though they redesigned it with efficiency in mind.
