  I had a short notice on getting a flyer and 500 copies completed. I had to email the store images I needed. They showed me everything to get the images for my blank canvas flyer. Any and all questions were handled quickly and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The order was finished in the time given actually earlier and cost was even better than I thought. This crew are keepers and I highly recommend customers to use this location!

  I had two posters printed for me at STAPLES and I was completely happy with the quality of the posters, the speed with which they were prepared and ready for pickup, and for the courteous help from the young woman who helped me. I'll use STAPLES for any such similar services in the future.

  I had a very disrespectful and humiliating experience at Staples in Summerville. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. I politely asked a woman if she worked there, and she sarcastically replied that she likes to “do free publicity for Staples.” Then she and another associate started laughing at me. I asked to speak to a manager, and she responded that she was the manager. She was a Black woman with braided hair and long red nails. She then refused to help me with dropping off a package for a customer box, but the way she treated me felt extremely discriminatory and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. She said she would call the general manager, but instead continued arguing with me in front of other employees and customers. I explained that the problem started the moment I walked in and that customers deserve respect. She then told me, “You’re not a customer.” I replied that I have purchased from that store before, and she answered, “I’ve never seen you here.” As a Latino customer, I truly felt judged, disrespected, and discriminated against. No customer should ever be treated this way, no matter their race or background. Even the other employees looked uncomfortable during the situation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated at this location.
