The first few trips I was second guessing standing in line for so long while people are bringing back a dozen items from Amazon but… Joey is worth the wait! He is so nice and friendly to everybody and always has a smile. I couldn’t do what he does for an entire day and still be so pleasant he is always busy but still takes time to interact and be kind with the customers. Joey needs a raise and needs to be recognized for all his hard work!! It’s been a long time since I have seen a genuine person working customer service! Way to go Joey!! Thanks for showing people there are still kind people in this world!
- JWJessica Wynne2 days ago3.0The staff is great but YOU HAVE TO add more employees to the Amazon return line. Here on a Thursday before 1pm and the line is passed the cashiers. It is ALWAYS this long no matter the day or time. Staples needs to do better!! One person handling a long line isn't fair to the employee. And beyond this.... the store is hot as Hades.

They were nice enough to direct me to Staples where I met and amazing young man named Joey who was able to guide me through the Amazon return and get the correct QR code for Staples so my packages could be sent back before the deadline. Not only did Joey guide me through the return process, he was also very patient and completed both transactions with a smile. Thank you, Joey for being a true representation of customer service.

- OBOphelia BishopAug 14, 20261.0Horrible print center! Went in with a 300 page manual that needs to be printed. One employee told me to use the self serve printer. When that didn’t work, another employee told me my file was too big for the self print center. I asked if I could have them print it for me since all I need was it to be printed. According to her, I couldn’t email it to them bc they can’t accept big files. Go across the street to UPS. Better service and people who are willing to help!
