  Great store! Selection and prices were competitive . The only slightly negative were lack of help on the sales floor,BUT everyone was very busy serving others, not the stores fault! I would shop there again!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to take a moment to recognize Claudia at Staples Print & Marketing for the outstanding help she provided me. Claudia was absolutely amazing! She was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me with all of my printing needs. She took the time to listen to what I needed, offered helpful suggestions, and walked me through every step of the process. I had a project that was becoming very overwhelming, and Claudia truly took a huge load off my shoulders. She never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother, even when I had questions or needed help making adjustments. Her patience and willingness to help made all the difference. Honestly, if it weren't for Claudia's help, I don't think I would have been able to complete my project. She went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for the time and care she put into helping me. Staples is very fortunate to have someone like Claudia on their team. Employees who are this kind, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Claudia, for everything you did to help me! You truly made a stressful project so much easier. ❤️

  I get technical difficulties happened, but placed a same day print order on the 9th. Get notification the NEXT morning that ALL their printers are down and they have to ship it our or cancel it, it would take 5 days to ship it to their store. I call back a few days later and they have one printer up, was told they would cancel original order and to resubmit order for it to be ready same day. I did that and its been 3-4 days and have heard nothing! I will be using other printer services or office depot for my business items from now on. Horrible communication

  Definitely not customer service oriented. Started with a 10-minute wait while three employees were yucking it up in the side room. Finally had to yell at them to get one to come to counter. Once there, she wasn't at all helpful. Couldn't explain how to print mailing labels. Seems to think everyone is high-tech computer literate!! Did not offer to help with the process and declined when specifically asked for assistance. Very poor service!!
