Not once but twice have I went inside of there to get a passport and mind you this was my first time and I had my mom with me. First one I talked to was a guy and he gave me little information about what exactly all I needed for a passport and just simply failed with proper communication. Made my appointment and came back to a woman who told me i couldn’t get it for reason A and B and then proceeded to give me the wrong place to get another birth certificate and wasted my time twice. These people need to learn how to have customer service skills and actually learn how to tell new customers ALL information they need before coming and stop giving less/ no information that’s clearly needed. I see why this post office only got 2.0 stars…
- CMCalvin MeansApr 14, 20261.0Missed my 1st delivery on Saturday. Scheduled a redelivery pickup option for Monday. Package wasn’t at the post office after I drove there. Was told it’s “probably” being delivered to the same address. They never came, but made a false delivery claim (seen in attached pic). The address is a residential, not a business. Because the worker falsified the redelivery, I’m unable to change option to pickup. I’m not the only person to have the same experience. This is ridiculous! PS: They offer text updates, but those do nothing. They don’t send correspondence to give you a heads up on when they’re delivering your package, which further exacerbates the issue.
