- MTMiriam TereshchukAug 21, 20261.0i drove 30 mins to this location so i can drop off a package at the “24 hours kiosk” at night so i could meet my package deadline all for no reason because the doors are all locked so stop advertising it as 24 hours when its not.

I only check my mail when im waiting for something important so i never knew all my mail was being returned to sender for whatever reason. I go there to ask why and who requested this and the cashier says “the carrier and its just random”. So i ask if they have any of my mail there today and he says they dont do anything with the mail and to fill out the vacant card the carrier put in the box and put it back in the box. Im so pissed off because i have been living here for 2 years now why are you even making these kinds of decisions with my mail in the first place. I have not received certain monies because of this and is now facing possible eviction..it has been a nightmare getting said monies mailed back out to me. I honestly cant believe im going through this
- STSharon ThomasJul 2, 20261.0The lobby is no longer accessible 24 hour days and though they close from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. there's been several times I've gone after 5:30 a.m. and they haven't opened. My P.O. Box fees have gone up tremendously over the years but the box is the same for 25 + years and if I get a package larger than my box they use to place a key in my box for a larger box so I can access it but now they'd rather notify you to pick it up at the counter and they don't open until 9:00 a.m. (another inconvenience).
